Payment

Payment is due at the time that services are performed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For you convenience, we have a variety of payment options available. You may pay with cash, local check, or credit card (MasterCard and Visa). If you have dental or medical insurance we would be happy to bill the insurance company for its part of the cost. Your co-pay should be paid at the time of service.

Insurance

When we treat you as a patient and you incur a fee, this is your legal obligation and not a liability of your insurance company. What does this mean? Your insurance benefits may or may not offer coverage for the procedure you are having performed. If you do have benefits, we will file your insurance form and accept the insurance payment. However, if your insurance company does not compensate us with the entire fee or does not reimburse us without delay (within 60 days of the date the papers are filled), it will be up to you to pay the total charges promptly.

ALL accounts are payable in full within 90 days of surgery.
